American Software said it is selling its information technology consultancy The Proven Method to Marathon TS to focus on the technology supply chain industry.
American Software, which develops demand-driven supply chain management solutions and enterprise software, did not disclose financial details of the deal, which it said closed on September 18.
The sale of the unit would enable American Software’s operating entity, Logility, to “further expand its AI-first supply chain management platform,” the company said.
