US software subsidiary Logility has agreed to sell its transport assessment solutions business to FOG Software Group, a division of Vela Software.
The software maker said on Thursday it aims to sharpen its core supply chain planning business by divesting the transportation assessment segment, which specializes in local freight solutions for truckload, less-than-truckload and rail shipments in North America.
The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
