LAS VEGAS (KSNV) —
“Streetmosphere” at The Grand Canal Shoppes on the Las Vegas Strip will end next month after running for more than 20 years.
Best Agency notified cast members last week that the Streetmosphere program would close on Dec. 6, according to a letter shared with News 3.
News 3 has reached out to a spokesperson for the Grand Canal Shoppes for comment.
“This decision was not made lightly and was not due to any performance or program issues,” the letter said.
Contributing Members are asked to inquire with Best Agency if they are interested in participating in another program within the agency.
Grand Canal Shoppe’s website describes Streetmosphere as “Renaissance-inspired entertainment” that “boasts a new eye-catching historic yet chic look and a pop opera-like sound.”
It has been operating daily since 1999, except when the resort was closed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Performances are free and no tickets are required.
