Brain and Body Fitness will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursdays at Aiken Senior Life Services, 1310 E. Pine Log Road. The fitness program uses a chair and addresses primary aging skills that include cognitive function, fall prevention, breathing, mobility and more. Cost is $8 per class.
